I recently received a message requesting a rate sheet. However, you cannot send Word or PDF documents through messenger.

It would be great to be able to do a keyword search in the job boards for software type, for example.

When a person cancels a Stenovate subscription, you still receive chat messages of people wanting you to do work. Of course, there is no way to access those messages to let the person know you are no longer a member. Once you cancel, you should be able to be removed from the active roster. I don't mean removing the profile from within Stenovate in the event I want to rejoin. Just the ability to be contacted by others.

Give users a separate PDF or Excel file for each collaborator that shows the invoice amounts and dates, but not the entire breakdown. This could be turned into a summary of what's been paid for the year.

Link transcripts by case so you can manage the entire case and all collaborators for every transcript in the case.

I would love it if we could put the date a job is actually due to the client. I know we already have the three columns for scope, proof, review, but would love if we could have the added one or either choose which columns we see.

Set a default rate for your frequent collaborators so you don't have to go through the whole "negotiate" or "accept rate" every time.

We can drag and drop files from desktop into Stenovate, but it would be useful to drag and drop files from one transcript to another if it were uploaded to the wrong location or needed to be moved.
