Unfortunately, we can't modify the chat feature to send files at this time, but we did provide a place on the Profiles to upload a rate sheet for potential clients to view and download. Rate Sheets would also be a thing that would be added to my "Preference Sheet" wish/suggestion; meaning, a place to store uploaded documents unrelated to a transcript/case so that new team members can access them, relieving the reporter from having to upload these documents every time to each new team member.
