Column for Date Due to Client

Since I only use this as either Agency or Reporter, I don't know how that would work for other roles. I do mainly use it in table view. I understand what you mean about the review heading, but on the majority of my jobs right now I am covering all roles. I would think that even for other roles, having the due date would work. I.e. as a scopist, due to reporter(who is their client), etc. but I don't want to speak for them.

Cissy High, Mary Sullivan, Alexandra McDaniel, Angie Jackson CCR RPR, and Melissa Wilson, I have a question for you since you all upvoted this idea!
So the "Review" due date is meant to be synonymous with Client Due Date. It's the date you should be completely done with the transcript, it has been reviewed, and ultimately turned in, but we can see how that may not be clear.
The issue we ran into when trying to use "Client Due Date" is two-fold.
Different users on Stenovate have different clients. For example, for a reporter, their client is the agency. For a scopist or proofreader, their client is the reporter. So the term "Client" could also be confusing, which is why we moved away from it. (We don't have different views for reporters vs. scopists/proofreaders.)
Second, the review process is a "Task" that needs to be completed, which falls in line with Reporting, Scoping, Proofing. But if we put "Client" on the face of the cards and in the progress block, instead of "Review" it would look odd because it doesn't feel like a task.
We are totally open to your feedback! I hope this explains the rhyme and reason behind why things are labeled the way they are, but we also want to ensure it's clear when we say "Review" ultimately meaning that this is when it's due to the reporter's client.
Maybe there's another solution to make this clear too? Like a tool tip on mouse hover? Please feel free to share your thoughts!
Also, Cissy High, we're guessing you're using the Table view of the My Work page since you mentioned a column?

Lauren Lawrence: I honestly had no clue what "review" was supposed to mean in this context because, to me, proofing and reviewing would be the same. I proof it and I guess review it and finalize whatever and turn it in. Personally, If I could, I would have my tiles just show scoping and proofing but I can't get it to stay that way or default to just those two. That's my two cents:)

Angie Jackson CCR RPR: I understand. Reporter who uses a scopist and a proofreader need to do a thorough final "Review." Even if they scope it themselves and use a proofreader, they'd also need to do a review and finalizing of proofing corrections, finalize any title pages, do any required paperwork, and then turn it in.
How do you feel about the word "Finalize" instead of "Review"? Do you think simply changing "Review" to "Finalize" would make it clear and also help users to understand that the "Finalize" date would also be the client due date?
Also, you can change your cards by using the "Customize" button on the My Work page. You can turn off the Reporting and Review lines.

Lauren Lawrence: I like Finalize much better. More clear and can mean different things to different folks and still be perfect:)
As far as the customize, I knew I could customize each card, but I just skip it because there's so many other things to fill out. It seems to reset for each job instead of staying there for every job I put in. Not a big deal just someday/maybe type of thing
