This would be great. Agreed-upon page rate unless otherwise indicated. The reporter to be notified if the proofer/scopists changes the rate for that job and the reporter to accept.

I like the idea that I can simply pick one default answer to the question of accepting the rate. Each time I add a teammate I have to go to the tab and decline the rate review. If Stenovate remembered my most-used selection and placed that one first, I would not need to change that every time I add a teammate.

Another way could be to just place a deny rate review on a regularly-used teammate.
