Feature Requests

Myself and a veteran reporter I know on here would like to request more control over email notifications in Stenovate. Right now, the platform sends an email for every small action, including things like confirming or updating a spelling, downloading/uploading files. That level of notification is excessive and creates unnecessary inbox clutter. If there is a way to minimize it, that would be wonderful; or maybe opt in/opt out of notifications. Maybe there already is such a feature I am unaware of?

Can we have an option to disable needing a password to login. I promise you, no one is breaking in to see my backlog :)

When adding files in sections, it is very difficult to get the slider bar to accurately reflect the number of pages that are completed. I would like to see not just the slider bar, but a place to input the actual numbers of pages so that the slider bar is accurately reflected, please. :) Thank you!

When a reporter updates a deadline, an email sent to all teammates on the workspace notifying them of the change would be most helpful.

Users would like to be able to filter or sort statistics, maybe even delete them or clear them out.

When selecting your primary role during profile setup, it currently appears second in the profile display (presumably sorted alphabetically). It would make more logical sense for the primary role to be listed first, followed by any secondary roles.

I’d love to have the ability to delete a sent chat message and/or edit an already sent one. Sometimes I send a message that quickly becomes irrelevant (wrong thread, duplicate info, or situation resolved, want to fix a spelling (lol) and the only option right now is to let it sit there forever.

I would love a feature that lets me copy and paste a list of names or spellings from an external source directly into the Confirmed Spellings tool. Each entry should appear as an individual item, exactly as pasted, instead of showing up as one long run-on line.

I am looking at several profiles of scopists. I don't quite need one right now, but looking now for when I'm in a pinch. I don't see a feature for me to perhaps save someone's profile into a "box" for me to reference later or a "heart" I can click, which I can later be able to see and reach out to them when I need them. I'd love to have a feature like that.
