Drag and drop from within Stenovate

We can drag and drop files from desktop into Stenovate, but it would be useful to drag and drop files from one transcript to another if it were uploaded to the wrong location or needed to be moved.

Considered a "nice to have."

This could possibly be done with a "Move to" option like in email inboxes, but unnecessary since files can be downloaded and uploaded into the right folders if put in the wrong one by mistake.
