I am unable to post in the scoping job board, but it is giving me the option to post availability in the proofreading job board.

many times when I try to list the agency and it's a new-to-me agency, it does not give me the option to add the agency.

I am receiving four notifications on Stenovate and four emails each time a job is posted in the proofreading job board. It looks like all of my notifications are set up this way, but I'm unable to change it in my settings.

I have sent emails and messages to Support with no resolution.

The "message" button isn't working. I've tried on a pc in microsoft edge and on a mac in safari.

I have been trying to send messages and am unable to. Is there something going on? Or has this feature been temporarily disabled?

I have tried on two different computers and two different browsers.

says it'll show up in your inbox in 10 minutes after completing it, but it's been almost two hours. Even checked my spam folder. Nothing. Does that feature just not work anymore? Do I just need to make my own Preference Sheet?

The icon in the lower right-hand corner to access the chat pane has vanished and has not reappeared after logging out and in or logging in in a different browser. I also cannot access the chat via clicking on "message" on a member's profile.
