The icon in the lower right-hand corner to access the chat pane has vanished and has not reappeared after logging out and in or logging in in a different browser. I also cannot access the chat via clicking on "message" on a member's profile.

This weekend, it's super difficult to leave comments in the workspace area. After typing whatever out, a pop-up happens asking if I want to wait for the page to finish loading or cancel. Takes two tries of hitting "wait" button for comment to post. Makes it near impossible to communicate within the workspace. Happening on reporter end and scopist end.

If you're typing a long comment in the workspace area, the emoji icon blocks the area where you're typing and you can't see what you're typing.

many times when I try to list the agency and it's a new-to-me agency, it does not give me the option to add the agency.

When you click on "Learn Stenovate," it goes to "Page not found." I wanted to learn how proofers/scopists use the page so that I can help team members who are new and are unsure of how to navigate the app.

I just get the spinning thing when I click on My Work Space.

I got an email stating that I had a message to read, but I can't get the the messages. It's nowhere on my screen.

I don't know if anyone else is having this problem, but when my team uploads their finished assignments if they don't change the name of the file it will add a number behind it making it completely useless to me. Ex: State V Smith -scopist uploads State v Smith.pdf - proofer uploads State v Smith.pdf(1). Currently solution: Scopist uploads State v Smith.pdf, proofer uploads State v Smith annotatedZSAC.pdf. Can this be looked into?

Trying again, since I posted this many months ago with no luck. But the orange notification banner at the top of my screen is stuck and won't go away. The job is long done. When I click "View invitation," it comes to an error page. I've had other jobs with other reporters and the banner disappears no problem, but there is one that just won't go. It's a bit obnoxious, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

The orange banner at the top of my screen that tells me I'm being invited to a job has been stuck there for months. The job is long over and completed and submitted by the reporter, but I can't get rid of the banner. Even when I click the "View Invitation," it just goes to my "You're all caught up!" dashboard.
