Verification bug

It won't let me verify my identity. I see the button but it is sort of grayed out. I don't know if this is because I clicked on it once before to start the process and didn't complete the verification because I didn't have my ID on me at the time, or if this is a random fluke.

The verification process is just awful. You need a new way. I was locked out for 24 hours because of the system not accepting a photo due to "lighting." It was fine on my end.

I had verified my identity but then I was updating my about me and it said I had to redo the identity verification. The only problem is that the button to start the verification process is not available. For lack of a better word it’s grayed out.
