Report a Bug

I uploaded two jobs yesterday, posted in Team Posts and uploaded files. My scopist did not receive them. Please check on your end and let me know what the problem is. TIA

When attempting to delete a transcript, the popup appears to confirm deletion, but when I click on "Delete" nothing happens. I have tried logging out and logging back in as well as closing the window browser and reopening with a fresh browser window. I also tried clearing my browsing data, but it still did not work for me.

When I mark a transcript complete, my scopist and proofreader get 10 notifications (2 of each) for five tasks: Scheduling, Reporting, Scoping, Proofing, and Reviewing. This is happen for in-app and email notifications. The development team is aware of this bug and is already working a solution.

When a job is posted, I'm receiving more than one (sometimes two, sometimes three) notifications. Unsure if this is only for the scoping job board or also the proofing job board as well.

My transcripts are not sorting by Review (Reporter) Due Date.

By clearing your cache and by changing capitalized (.MP3) to lowercase (.mp3), the audio loads much quicker. Stenovate's team is keeping a log of users experiencing this issue.

The current subscription page is throwing a 500 error.

Not sure if this a bug or a feature request, but I thought the date pickers used to close once a date was selected such as scopist due date, etc. Now they just stay on the screen and you have to click somewhere outside the calendar for it to go away.
