FABULOUS NEWS!!!! Your transcripts should officially be sorting IN ORDER by due date!
Here are a few additional details to keep in my when you're checking sorting:
- Pending Teammate invitations to scopists or proofreaders will show up first on the scopist's / proofreader's view, prompting the scopist or proofreader to accept or decline the job offer, despite the due date.
- Transcripts with NO review due date will show up first, prompting you to fill in due dates. Do not forget that you can AUTOFILL ALL DATES if you fill out the "Default Due Dates & Times" panel in your settings page! Once you've done that, you can select the REPORTING TASK date (date the reporter took down the testimony), and all four dates will autofill for you! 🪄 This simple step can be done ONCE and will benefit you on every transcript you add to Stenovate. 👏
- COMPLETED Transcripts will show up BELOW any work in progress and will ALSO sort by review due date.
Reminder:
If you are a scopist or proofreader who does not want to see transcripts after your specific task is complete, you can adjust what transcript statuses you see using the Filter menu in your My Work page.

I have a lot of jobs and when I want to search for an older, completed job, I'm sometimes seeing REALLY old jobs before the most recently completed. Please update to show most recently completed first, sorting to oldest (at the bottom).
