So this just happened: I thought the scopist had accepted the job offer because glancing at my desktop of jobs in Stenovate, I saw her icon/pic. So when I emailed her today asking for an ETA because it was due yesterday, she said she never accepted the job. I look again and look closer: sure enough, her icon/pic is dimmed, not clear, indicating the job offer is still pending. Now I'm hit with 160 pages to do on a rush basis myself. My bad, my fault. But here is my suggestion. Send daily reminder notifications to team members to accept or decline a job offer. I need them to decline so I know not to keep hoping and end up with a time crunch to deal with. ;)
