Feature Requests

It would be nice if users could send a teammate request and add people to their team, even if they haven't worked together yet.

Network section, is it possible to have options for how to view the network? I always appreciate a list first with different sorting possibilities so you can see more at a glance. I like the "cards" too, but it would be my second choice for a view of the dataset.

I would like to be able to keep personal notes on professionals I have used previously. For example, one of my team is currently on vacation and I would love to be able to leave myself a note that only I can see reminding me of when she will return. I envision going to "Network," "Teammates," and being able to leave a note somewhere within the Teammate's box for each individual Teammate.
