Every time I navigate through this site, I need to log in again. When I go to a different section (my profile, this "report a bug" section, etc.), I need to enter my log-in information again.

Stenovate is aware that the Safari browser logs users out of Stenovate and requires repeated log-ins.  We will eventually be able to optimize for Safari; however, we are currently optimized for Google Chrome browser. 
If you use Google Chrome, you will not have the repeated-log-in issue. 
We anticipate being able to optimize for additional browsers in the future, but as a small startup, we want to prioritize and focus creating the BEST user experience in one browser first, adding new highly-requested features, before turning to optimize within other browsers. We appreciate your patience.  
Fun Fact:  Over 80% of Stenovate users are using Chrome!

Hi, Alana Chang! This only seems to happen when folks are using Safari browser instead of Chrome. Do you happen to be using Safari when this is happening?

Alana, what browser are you using? I was using Safari and getting the same result. Just went to the site via Firefox browser, and I'm not having any issues at all.

Ditto. I'm on my trial period, and if this keeps up, I won't continue.
