I have jobs, completed and not completed, that are missing. I have two jobs that were in progress, and they are just totally gone. Then I noticed that I have past completed jobs that I no longer see.

I had a user report a missing transcript today, 6/13/23. It disappeared on her and her scopist's end.

Our development team has been working over the weekend, and we have resolved the issue of "Missing Transcripts."
The filter has been fixed, so now you can check the statuses you want to see and uncheck (hide) other statuses.
Be sure to double check your filter to make sure you're seeing the statuses you'd like to see going forward!

We have a temporary workaround for finding transcripts in progress while we resolve the Filtering issue.
As goofy as it seems, if you
uncheck
all statuses in the filter menu and click "Filter," all transcripts should become available to you. We'll keep you posted on when the fix is officially released! :)Photo Viewer
