Capability to toggle transcripts between card view (current) and a list view.

Hi, is there a place where I can leave myself notes privately and my teammates won't see. For example, being able to write down Original + 2 copies ordered. Just wondering

It would be super helpful when I am on the jobs page, if I could see the date the job was taken when looking at each of the work spaces. I know the due date is there, but I would also like to see the date was taken.
