Ordered by Due Date

- I would like my job cards organized by first due, not by date entered or job date.
- Also would like to have the total pages completed or "tally" brought back.
- Perhaps if the "job cards/boxes" had a title but more limited information and did not display all information at first glance so we could see all of our "open" job cards. I'm having difficulty adjusting to the "job card" format, but I'm trying to give it a chance.

Good morning, Beth Krupa RMR CRR! We have great news!
- Transcripts cards shouldbe sorting by the "Review" task due date (which typically will also be the order by proofing and/or scoping due to the sequential nature of our scope, proof, review/finalize workflow). However there is a little bug that should be resolved this week, which is sortingcompletedtranscripts backwards (showing the oldest one first). A resolution is coming.
- I have "upvoted" the Completion Statistics idea for you (separate from this feature request). Here's the link: https://stenovate.canny.io/feature-reqeuests/p/see-page-completion-statistics-bring-em-back
Rest assured, we are bringing them back (with improvements)!
3. Did you know that you can actually customize what you see in the transcript cards? You can make them as limited on information as you'd like. Just use the "Customize Cards" option in your My Work page to uncheck info fields you don't want to see.
BONUS: We're about ready to release a *
NEW Table/List View
that has more limited information for an alternative view to the transcript cards. Watch for that this week!Lauren Lawrence

Chrystal McDaniel - Please don't worry. Nothing at Stenovate is ever gone unless you specifically delete it. If you can't see it on the "front end," then it is some sort of visibility issue, and I believe I already know what's happening, but I'd like to confirm with a few questions:
- Did you mark the transcript as complete?
- If you did, and you have "Completed" checked in your filter and you scroll ALLthe way to the very end of all of your jobs, is it there?
It's come to our attention that completed transcripts are showing the oldest one first and the newest last, which means we just need to reverse the order specifically of completed transcripts. It sounds simple, but these things are a process, and we have a queue of requests we're working on, but the fix is coming.
Please let me know if you find the transcript after a lot of scrolling and loading. If you still don't
see
it, please email me at support@stenovate.com with the name of the transcript and any additional details you'd like to share so we can analyze it in our database and figure out what's happening. Although, I suspect it's just hiding at the veeeerrry bottom of your transcripts. Bug fix coming soon, Chrystal! Thank you!

Kathy Lee Can you please share a screenshot of what you're seeing? Transcripts should be sorted in this order:
- Work In Progress (Not Completed) - Due Next to Due Last
- Completed Jobs (below work in progress) most recent due date (newest to oldest)

Kathy Lee: That's helpful! I see now that you're probably only adding the scoping due date? Currently, that's how Stenovate items are default sorted, and we plan to add the ability to sort by other means in the future.
I have a workaround that may work well for you (but it won't work for older jobs unless you add the reporter due dates / "Review" date).
Step 1: Add "Default Due Dates & Times" in your "Settings" page and set the "REVIEW" date to the be same as your scoping date!
Step 2: When you add new transcripts, pick the "Reporter" date, and the other three fields, including scoping, will autofill for you.
(You'll just want to make sure the scoping date is correct. If it's not, just adjust the scoping date and review to when it's really due).
That will have you in order for all transcripts going forward. Please let me know if you need help with this. I'm going to update the title of this post to "Sort by Scoping or Proofing Due Date" so others can upvote this feature request! :)

Lauren Lawrence: Thank you for the workaround but I still cannot get it to sort properly. When you get a chance, send me a chat please.

Kathy Lee: Hi, Kathy! We recognize now that the there is a bug specifically for the "Completed" transcripts, and we are working on a fix for this. We hope it will be fixed over the weekend or early next week. Please stand by as we make an update, and thank you for your patience!
