Would love to just have the option to enter witness name and due date. Not everyone I use is on Stenovate, and entering all that info when I'm used to just sending them a Dropbox link is time-consuming. All of that is in the transcript that I'm sending. No need to duplicate :)

Hello, Amy & Upvoters!
In our next Stenovate release coming out THIS WEEK, we will be requiring just ONE field in order to create a transcript: The transcript name!
You no longer will need to enter any extra information in order to add a transcript to Stenovate! Just add the name and save!

In relation to this feature request, I have a user suggesting a way to scan jobs in without having to manually fill in information.

Agreed. I would like to eliminate any mandatory fields as well.

Great news! We have made a BIG update for adding jobs to Stenovate. Instead of a four-step wizard (with four screens), we have condensed adding a job into one simple pop-up. You can also customize which fields you see in this pop-up so you can fill in only the required fields or any additional information you'd like to capture during the job creation.
We have even bigger plans to make it even simpler over the next few months, but we want you to know we hear you and we are working on it! I hope you enjoy this new, simpler method of adding jobs while we work on this next big update! 🎉

Yes, I really do not need to enter so much info. I have used a different method to keep track of my work for many years and do not need as much detail online. It would be nice if there were an option added to use a base format rather than the full format.
